On the name: the legal entity carries a biotech R&D classification (ATECO 72.11) from an original mycology plan that Italian bureaucracy and a one-person team forced me to shelve. The classification stayed; the work moved to quantum, security, and blockchain. The engineering is the description — not the registration code.
